Delete your Wishora account

Request deletion on the website

Open My Profile, sign in to the account you want to delete, and find “Delete account”. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm. No app installation is needed.

Once accepted, your account is disabled. Automated data deletion starts after a waiting period of at least 2 hours. Completion may take longer if processing needs to be retried.

If you cannot access your account

Email wishora70@gmail.com with the subject “Wishora Account Deletion”. Include your Wishora account ID or sign-in email. We must verify account ownership before deleting data. Never send passwords or verification codes.

For a Guest account, use the original browser if possible. Without access to it, we may be unable to verify ownership.

What is deleted?

Your Wishora account, created surprises, uploaded photos and music, created quizzes and their results, and quiz submissions linked to your account. Deletion cannot be undone.

Copies already downloaded or saved by other people are outside Wishora’s control. Provider logs and backups may remain under their retention policies.
